Senior Draftsperson

**Senior Draughtsperson**

My client is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Draughtsperson to join their Construction and Design Team within the Development Department. As a member of the team, the Senior Draughtsperson will be responsible for producing accurate, correct, and neat drawings as required by Management, and providing support and guidance to all employees and colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create technical drawings and plans within the provided specifications
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for new and existing restaurant projects
- Ensure compliance of the drawings to the regulated building specifications and codes
- Use the provided technology to produce drawings and plans
- Lead and coordinate the tasks of junior employees
- Communicate with Management
- Provide input and participate in drawings/plans discussions
- Conduct detailed inspections of building projects
- Assist with project costing and estimations
- Assist with the guidelines for building projects
- Assist colleagues and management as and when required with drawings and plans
- Assist with compliance to building codes and specifications
- Manage the progress of contractors’ work
- Ensure the contractors’ work execution is completed in accordance with the stipulated requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-year draughtsperson qualification; either a diploma or a degree

**Minimum Working Experience**:

- More than 5 years performing similar functions

**Technical Competencies/Knowledge**:

- Microsoft Office suite
- Revit (non-negotiable)
- AutoCad (optional)
- 3DS Max (experienced, advanced level)
