A key position within the Company. The core function of the Demonstrator/Trainer will be to demonstrate our Client’s products to both distributors and end-users and to conduct training on these products. The demonstrator/ trainer will be a resource to our sales staff and distributors in building awareness of this incredible Global Brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

Demonstrator/Trainer will be an expert in fall arrest and will represent the brand at the highest standard
- Will be a key contributor to the growth of fall arrest sales in and throughout Africa
- Positively represent the brands in a variety of settings
- Conduct demonstrations at Distributors and End-Users to show the capabilities and advantages of the products
- Must gain a good understanding of key markets in Africa and their product requirements
- Be able to work with the sales team and distributors
- Participating in marketing events
- Provide training and technical support

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Fall Protection Markets an advantage (but if recently degreed with a BCom/similar then full training will be given) - We are using the approach of “hire for character and train for skill”
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
- Technical background in Fall Protection with a minimum of 1-3 years experience advantageous.
- A Bachelors Degree/similar
- Able to travel extensively through Africa
- A well seasoned professional who is self motivated and able to work in a small team
