Manufacturing company based in Willowton are seeking a Cashbook Clerk, previous Syspro experience will be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Daily Cashflow
- Capturing of all transactions off bank statements on Syspro:

- Cash & Card
- All payments (Weekly & Monthly this consists of: EFT Refunds, Rentals, Debit orders-ensure we have invoices & Cashbook Payments)
- All Online payments (EFT, PAYGATE & PAY JUST NOW)
- Daily & Monthly bank charges
- Preparation of bank reconciliation
- Updating sales/banking schedule
- Processing of EFT Refunds for Concept stores & Online
- Processing of Cash book payments
- Processing & preparation of rental & month end payments.
- Loading creditors
