A top prestigious brand is looking for a 2IC who comes with a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry in a SENIOR MANAGEMENT ROLE. if you don't qualify don't apply.

This restaurant is large, upmarket and fast paced.

Manage 9 staff - FOH

Have a good understanding of food and wine

Know labour law, food cost and bar stock processes

People skills essential

Full ref checks and criminal checks will be done

This is a role for someone serious about their career and passionate with high energy levels

Trading hours are 8am to 10pm
