**Position Overview**:
As an HR Generalist at SustainGroup, you will serve as a crucial support resource for our Group Admin team and contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the department.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Employee Records Management**:

- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel files and digital records.
- Process employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and HR forms.

**2. Recruitment Support**:

- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and our company website.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.

**3. Benefits Administration**:

- Support employees with benefits inquiries and provide information about our benefits packages.
- Assist in benefits enrolment processes and changes.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.

**4. HR Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain the organizational diagram of the company and assist in position and resource planning.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures manuals.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation such as performance evaluations and disciplinary records.

**5. Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate when necessary.

**6. Compliance and Data Security**:

- Ensure HR data privacy and security standards are maintained.
- Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

**7. General Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling departmental correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality work.
