As a Concierge at Soughted, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. Our Concierge team is customer-centric, owner-centric, and team-centric. You will be responsible for various tasks, including:

- Welcoming and checking guests into properties
- Assisting with smooth check-ins and checkouts
- Providing valuable advice and recommendations to guests
- Demonstrating charm and hospitality in all interactions
- Efficiently troubleshooting issues (e.g., WiFi, electrical, water, keys)
- Listening to guest feedback, promptly addressing complaints, and liaising with Property Managers or the Office when necessary
- Monitoring on-site maintenance service providers when available
- Safely managing key storage and conducting daily reconciliations
- Collecting payments in a professional manner

**Required Skills**:

- Guest Assistance: 1 to 2 years
- Guest Management: 1 to 2 years
- Hotel Concierge: 2 to 3 years

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Extensive hotel concierge experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Proactive with a knack for critical thinking
- Disciplined in the execution of daily and monthly tasks
- Possession of a valid driver's license
