**Minimum Qualifications And Experience**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
a) New Product Development **Innovative thinking and assistance with new product and business development ideas. ** Preparation, compiling, proofing, updating and review of Patient Information Leaflets and Professional Information Leaflets of all new and existing Leaflets.

b) Regulatory & Compliance **Ensure compliance to:

- SAHPRA for compliance with the requirements of the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965;
- SAHPRA for compliance with the CAMs Roadmap. The Pharmacy Council for compliance with the requirements of the Pharmacy Act, 53 of 1974. Marketing Code of Conduct.** Ensure compliance with Cosmetic, Food, and Pharmaceutical cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). **Compilation, review, and updating of Regulatory and Compliance Documentation.** Provide workplace-based support to ensure 100% Regulatory Compliance.

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
