We have an immediate temporary, 5 months maternity cover opportunity for a Supply Chain Management Administrator to join us at our diverse team. The Administrator will be responsible for the SCM and Finance on AP submissions (Creditors).
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Obtaining supplier invoices from intercompany supplier portal.
- Matching supplier invoices to ensure part number, quantity, values are correct on what has been imported or received from local suppliers
- Reconcile invoices and commercial documentation against system receipts
- Ensure all reconciled supplier invoices are scanned to ensure timely supplier payments
- Liaise with Receiving team and sites to ensure documentation on all deliveries have been submitted to Supply Chain team within 1 day for recon to facilitate payment to the supplier
- Follow up with AP team to ensure scanned invoices have interfaced correctly
- Work cross functionally with the local Finance team on all AP queries
- Run Purchase order receipts report to track local deliveries to track documentation trail
- Provide freight forwarders with clearing instructions
- Request and validation of freight quotes from freight forwarders
- Assist on due date management for all purchase orders placed
