Duties and responsibilities:

- Monitoring progress of trips and utilisation of fleet
- Management and daily inspection of vehicles
- Tracking of vehicles/drivers and on route follow up
- Capturing and reporting of breakdowns, incidents or issues on route or fleet
- Data capturing
- Follow protocols for licencing, permits and key control
- Handling admin tasks
- Monitoring and controlling driver daily activities
- Managing client and driver complaints
- Managing vehicle asset control

Key skills & Experience
- Computer Literate (able to work on Microsoft Excel)
- Trustworthy, Self-Motivated and Committed
- Strong willed
- Reliable and assertive
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active and able to take initiative
- Deadline driven
- Flexible with time (willing to work overtime, public holidays and weekends)
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Good time keeping (efficient)

**Requirements**:

- Waybill experience
- Fleet control experience (minimum 2 years)
- Maintain personal hygiene
- Efficient in English and Afrikaans

Salary based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
