We're Hiring: Organisational Development Consultants

Are you a seasoned IOP consultant enthusiastic about driving organisational change and positively impacting your clients’ lives? Our client is looking for two experts to join our team

**Job Outline**:
Join us in providing meaningful consulting to diverse multinational clients.

Design and deploy OD strategies across a spectrum of products, including
- Engagement & Culture surveys,
- Transition surveys, and our
- Job Profiling system.

What We're Looking For:
✔ **HPCSA-registered Psychologists, preferably Industrial Psychologists.**
**✔ At least three years of OD consulting experience, especially in Culture & Engagement surveys.**
✔ Strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to sell in SOEs and corporate environments.
✔ Exceptional PowerPoint and writing skills.
✔ Resilience and stress management abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and tech-savviness.

Pay: R40 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
