This individual will be expected to multitask, innate friendliness, and motivate employees to exceed targets. It is expected that this person has a proven track record of success, target driven and has sufficient experience in managing teams of people. This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an extroverted personality.

**Key deliverables**:

- Managing a shift of 8+ employees.
- Capturing daily banking.
- Merchandising and receiving of stock.
- Handling customer requests and complaints promptly.
