Technical Sales Engineer specializing in boilers, burners, and combustion equipment, your job scope would encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting, selling, and supporting these products to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering

**Experience**:

- 3-5+ years technical sales experience
- Own Transport & Code 8 driver’s license
- Excellent Customer Service
- Strong negotiations and selling albites

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Knowledge: You need to have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of boilers, burners, and combustion equipment. This includes knowledge of different types of boilers (e.g., fire tube, water tube), various burner technologies (e.g., natural gas, oil, biomass), and combustion systems.
- Customer Consultation: You'll consult with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and specifications for heating systems. This might involve site visits, technical discussions, and assessments of existing equipment.
- Solution Development: Based on customer requirements, you'll develop customized solutions that meet their heating and energy needs. This could involve selecting the appropriate boiler and burner systems, designing combustion setups, and integrating auxiliary equipment such as controls and safety systems.
- Sales Presentations: You'll prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and advantages of your products. This may include technical demonstrations, case studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Quoting and Proposal Development: You'll prepare quotes and proposals outlining the technical specifications, pricing, and terms of sale for potential customers. These documents need to be accurate, detailed, and tailored to the customer's requirements.
- Project Management: Once a sale is secured, you may be responsible for project management tasks such as coordinating equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to boilers, burners, and combustion equipment. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the industry. This involves regular communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry certifications pertaining to boilers and combustion equipment. Ensure that products and installations comply with all applicable codes and standards.
