**The successful applicant will report Warehouse Supervisor - Operations.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Responsible to develop, manage and control all aspects of Material planning for maintenance work.**:

- **Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production and maintenance work**:

- **Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.**:

- **Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products from the Warehouse to the Hangar**:

- **Liaising with Maintenance floor, Warehouse, Production Control, Procurement and Purchasing**:

- **Assist in managing schedule changes and cancellations**:

- **Day-to-day requisition management and management of deliveries**:

- **Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule**:

- **Utilise any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required**:

- **Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM)**:

- **Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organisation**:

- **Review work orders and ensure items requiring follow up are acted on appropriately and assist in tracking these actions to completion**:

- **Attend priority and planning meetings, outage coordination meetings and schedule review meeting and be prepared to actively participate as required**:

- **Review, determine, and maintain inventory at levels to support company goals while maintain, a high level of customer service and eliminate production downtime**:

- **Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Grade 12;**:

- **Working towards professional accreditation will be advantageous**:

- **Previous experience of material planning**:

- **Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous SAM AMO system**
