**Our client and leader in Precision Manufacturing of mechanical components are looking for an experienced AUTO SETTER with manufacturing industry experience, to join their Cape Town plant.**

**Min Requirements**:

- Previous supervisory experience gained in a precision manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience on CNC machines
- Mechanical qualification N 4 level minimum

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor Production rates and takes preventative actions
- Ensure production processes are operating at specific requirements
- Production quality control
- Safety
- Supervision of production team
- Training and development
- Optimization of CNC programs
