Matric. Hotel school qualification. 4 years work experience - ideally 2 years as a trainee in a well recognised five star hotel or world class lodge as an assistant manager. Similar experience in a 5 star environment. Sound knowledge of food and beverage. Financial mangement skills. Computer eliteracy. Exceptional communication in English.
- Relieving the Assistant Lodge Manager during cycle leave and performing all duties relevant to this position
- Managing day to day operations
- Coordinating of service, wine tastings, functions, etc,
- Managing stock and breakages
- Managing staff in terms of discipline and service
- Hosting
- Checking in and out of guests
