**Minimum requirements**- Grade 12
- Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency
- Mine Manger’s Certificate of Competency ( Advantageous)
- Blasting Certificate
- Valid Code EB Driver's License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least 5 years’ experience as an appointed Mine Overseer (Reg 2.14.1) in underground mining operations.
- Experience as Shaft Mine Overseer will be advantageous. (Shaft Operations)
- Experience in managing the work of subcontractors in a mining / underground environment.
- Experience in projects management of Mining sections
