**Conveyancing Secretary**

Well established legal firm based in Pretoria East requires the services of a Conveyancing Secretary.

**Requirements**:
Gr 12 / matric
At least 5 years general conveyancing experience
Able to draft both full title and sectional title transfer documents for a wide variety of transaction types
Previous experience with E4, Ghost practice, Lexpro, MyAttorney and Easysell will be an advantage
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Fluent in English read, write and speak

**Skills Required**:
Good communication skills, liaising with clients, third parties and bank officials
Strong administrative abilities
Must perform well in a group structure
Able to perform well under high pressure
Draft transfer documents
Prep documentation with a high level of meticulousness
Adhere to strict turnaround times

Salary - Negotiable depending on experience - provident fund, medical aid.
