IT Technician

**Primary responsibilities**:

- First line support
- Desktop support and management thereof
- Printer and network support
- Backup management
- Cable installations
- Configuration, setup, maintain and troubleshooting of computer systems (hardware and software)
- Server support
- General IT administration and Anti-Virus management
- Keeping up to date with system information, changes, and updates
- Installation, configuration, maintain, troubleshoot and training on POS, fingerprint scanners and similar

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- A+ and N+
- 3 + years’ experience in IT Support (hardware and software)
- Must be fluent in English
- Own reliable vehicle and drivers license and be willing to travel nationwide
- Willing to work overtime, standby, and weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
