Ice Cream Shop Manager

We are a fun, family orientated ice cream store situated in Surfers Corner, Muizenberg.

We are looking for a hard working, committed, outgoing and detail orientated manager to work in and run the shop. Will be responsible for running the shop on a day to day basis, managing 2-4 part time staff, stock control, ordering stock, maintaining the highest hygiene standards, and excellent customer service, as well as other general duties. Will work in the shop alongside all staff, serving customers, making food, working the POS, etc. Must be able to use your initiative and be proactive. Will work 6 days in summer and 5 in winter, Mon-Sun, public holidays and school holidays. Must live close by and have reliable transport. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
