**Purpose of the job**: To ensure daily loading and offloading of bread on site.

**Responsibility**:

- Load bread according to picking slip.
- Follow pipeline loading sequence.
- Tray count and balancing of trays in a truck.
- Attend daily invocom.
- Ensure that quality bread is loaded.
- Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO).
- Report back on loading related matters to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent

**Experience Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- At least 3 months experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.

**Other Requirements**:

- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
