Membership Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Membership Agent to join the Membership Department at Mediplus SA. This role involves critical responsibilities such as onboarding new members and employer groups, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with company policies and the POPI Act. As a Membership Agent, you will play a key role in supporting operational processes and enhancing the overall membership experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding new employer groups and members.
- Managing activations, terminations, and benefit changes.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborating with Client Relations for smooth transitions.
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with the POPI Act

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Diploma in business management, risk management (advantageous)
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational and coordinating skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of underwriting, risk analysis, and scheme rules.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive personal/medical information.
