PPC Executive

Our PPC Specialist is responsible for creating and the day-to-day management of all PPC accounts and campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn etc.). The PPC Specialist will also be responsible for reporting on campaign data monthly and meeting with PPC clients as needed. This position is a full-time position **based in the office in Kloof** with a Hybrid schedule.

**Accountabilities**:
**Google Ads**:

- Support Sales Director with keyword research
- Keyword research for other team members/clients to enable upsell and cross sell
- Create new Google Ads accounts within the company MCC.
- Create new Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video & Shopping) for new and existing clients.
- Report on the previous month’s Google Ads data for each client and write up valuable commentary. This will need to be completed for all relevant clients by the 7th of the month for the previous month’s data.
- Checking Search Term reports on all search campaigns and adding new keywords/negatives on a monthly basis
- Manage the budget for manual budget loading clients.

**Facebook Ads**:

- Create and manage new Facebook Ad campaigns as per approved briefs
- Boosting of posts as per approved briefs
- Create custom audiences for Facebook Ad accounts as per client briefs.
- Create and manage Facebook Pixels for relevant clients (does not include installing code on client site).
- Follow all approved briefs for Ad campaigns.

**Client Communications**:

- Attend client meetings as per monthly Client Communication Tracking.

**Education**:

- Matric/A level

Work Experience:

- **Minimum 3 year’s experience in a PPC Management / Specialist position**. Client contact experience would be ideal.
- Recent experience in working with Google Ads is essential.
- Recent experience in working with Facebook Ads Manager & Facebook Business Manager is essential.
- Experience in working with LinkedIn Ads Manager would be beneficial.
- Previous experience at a marketing agency would be ideal.

Technical Skills:

- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display & Shopping minimum)
- Google Analytics & GA4 proficient.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Dropbox

Soft Skills:

Language Skills/ Proficiency:

- High level of English communication (written and verbal)

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
