Website Administrator

The role requires someone with a flair for design, as occasional creation of engaging content will also be part of the responsibilities. This position requires an individual who can start immediately and contribute to the smooth operation of our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, stock status, and images.
- Add new products to the website, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Remove discontinued or outdated products from the website.
- Refresh and update website images and banners as needed.
- Create and design content for occasional campaigns or special events.
- Monitor website functionality, ensuring all links, forms, and features are operational.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent and attractive website presentation.
- Stay updated on website management best practices and implement improvements where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in website administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
- Basic graphic design skills for creating occasional content (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content updates.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate availability to commence work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with product photography or image editing.
