As a Merchandise Planner, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and profitability by effectively managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal product availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate preseason parameters regarding budget spend for style options while optimizing flow and inventory turn
- Work closely with buyers on season strategy incorporating reviews of past category/concept performance, agreement on investment for the future
- Build, maintain, and regularly adjust Open to Buy inventory and sales plans
- Create and manage markdown strategies that maximize profit and inventory liquidation
- Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal reviews of the collections performance
- Lead analysis of product past performance data and identify missed opportunities
- Create and update size profiles for new and replenishment SKUs and ensure size quantities are correct
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships and communicate effectively with team members

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience working as a Merchandise Planner
- Completed degree with emphasis on quantitative skills in Retail, Supply Chain Management or Finance preferred. In the absence of a degree, additional and relevant work experience must be demonstrated.
- E-Commerce planning experience preferred
- Experience working in a fashion/branded environment preferred
- Knowledge and experience with merchandising systems
