**Duties & Responsibilities**

Nesting and Programming on Bysoft 7/Cam and Mastercam.

Nesting on Bysoft7/ sigma nest and Pro-Tube for Laser/Tube laser machines.

Creating CNC Program’s on Mastercam.

Rotary programming for laser machines.

Ensure correct tooling is used for each program.

Ensure that CNC programming or nesting is done in most effective manner possible with the least amount of cutting time.

Keep stock of offcut material and responsible to cancel out the offcut material.

Ensure that all nestings are done with the least amount of “scrap” as possible.

Ensure that the correct amount off parts is nested.

Monitor raw material to identify short falls in material that will be required.

Ensure that the correct product number (raw material) is used when allocating a nesting to the lasers.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric (essential)

Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)

Certificate in CNC programming

Software Qualification on Software (Bysoft 7/Cam and Mastercam)

Computer Literacy (essential) MS Office

At least 1 to 2 years proven experience in 5-axis CNC programming and Nesting
