**Company Overview**:
We are a reputable accounting firm that offers a range of financial services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable process from receipt of invoice to payment
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements
- Ensure all invoices are accurately coded and approved in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and vendors in a timely and professional manner
- Manage creditor accounts, ensuring all payments are made within agreed terms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts payable balances
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Provide support to the finance team as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software packages
