Sales Representative

**Sales Representative** required for a reputable manufacturing company based in **Stutterheim, Eastern Cape**

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent & diploma or equivalent post matric qualification in Marketing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales function;
- Understanding of the product & / or hardware retail trade would be beneficial.
- Solid understanding of customer service fundamentals.
- Organised with strong administrative ability and attention to detail.
- Dynamic with ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with customers at various levels & contribute during meetings to clearly articulate or communicate a point.
- Must be prepared to work after hours as & when the job requires.
- Team player within a production & sales team environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily pre
- Order taking and make sales offers.
- Monitoring orders, stock & despatching, by planning, controlling, prioritising and directing customer orders.
- Following sales and marketing strategies / policies / controls as implemented by management.
- Ensuring high service levels to customers.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product range & production processes.
- As the company and brand ambassador, portray the company image in the market of
- Interact with customers in a professional, trustworthy and honest manner maintaining a high level of integrity.
