**Job specification - Clinic Assistant Rustenburg Temp**

**Purpose of the job**:
To assist the Doctor to meet patients’ needs and satisfaction whilst adhere to operational standards and meeting sales targets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Report to the Regional Manager.
- Must be flexible to work in remote clinics around Mpumalanga and North West provinces.
- Comply with SHEC standards in your work environment.
- Comply with requirements of the Operations Quality Management System.
- Handle cash and banking.
- Support Line Managers to achieve change requirements.
- Check that the Doctor completes the patient file correctly.
- Welcome new patients and take their details.
- Make second and follow up appointments with the patient.
- Maintain correct preparation of Patient files.
- Conduct stock takes.
- Train patients in injection techniques.
- File blood results in patient files.
- Sending of all documents to Head Office i.e. Day End Report and Ensure that Data Mover is running and contact IT to confirm

**Minimum qualifications and experience required**:
Matric certificate

Relevant post Matric qualification will be an added advantage

Good Sales and customer service skills

At least 1 - 3 years experience in a related role

Drivers’ license is a must

Must be honest and reliable
