Role Description

This is a full-time for a Worship Pastor located in Pretoria, with flexibility for some remote work.
- The Worship Pastor will lead and manage the music and worship team, oversee the planning and coordination of weekly worship services, select and arrange music for services, and actively participate in music rehearsals.
- The Worship Pastor will also collaborate with the Lead Pastor and church staff to develop and implement creative worship experiences that engage and inspire attendees.

**Qualifications**:

- Be able to lead worship and play instruments
- Be spirit filled and expressing that in their worship
- Relevant experience in leading worship in a church setting
- Skilled in at least one instrument and knowledgeable in music theory and arrangement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept in using technology and software for worship planning and presentation
- Theology degree not needed, willingness to study will be a advantage
- Ability to lead and manage a team of musicians and vocalist and mentor their musical and spiritual growth
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments of a church, such as creative, media, and production teams
- Able to manage time and workload effectively & be adaptable to changes
