**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain spectrometers to analyze the chemical composition of metals used in foundry processes.
- Conduct regular calibration and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Interpret spectroscopic data to verify material composition and identify deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in metallurgy or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience operating spectrometers in a foundry or similar industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret spectroscopic data.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
