**Technical Competencies & Experience**:

- Min of 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated and functions with great attention to detail
- Above average command of the English Language both written and oral

**Duties**:

- General office management including stationery and kitchen purchases, groceries, stock control, arranging staff meetings, ensure office equipment is serviced/replaced, liaise with IT contractor and various couriers, annual leave submissions and general record keeping.
- Proofread and/or prepare articles for various journals and reports
- Event Management including the Roadshows and Summit
- Ensure travel plans are finalised in advance including but not limited to flights, car rental, accommodation, foreign exchange, visas.
- Boardroom co-ordinator - ensure boardroom is always tidy, manage booking system for
meetings, serve guests.
- General administration duties
