**Position Summary**:As an Induction Furnace Caster, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining induction furnaces, casting various metals into molds, and ensuring product quality and consistency. Your expertise will play a critical role in our manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Furnace Operation**: Operate induction furnaces to melt and maintain the desired temperature of metal alloys.

**Mold Preparation**: Prepare molds and ensure they are in optimal condition for casting.

**Metal Casting**: Pour molten metal into molds, ensuring precise measurements and proper techniques for a consistent product.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the casting process, inspect finished products for defects, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hot metal.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on induction furnaces and related equipment to ensure proper functioning.

**Data Recording**: Maintain accurate records of casting parameters, metal usage, and other relevant data.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and address any issues that may arise during the casting process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Induction Furnace Caster or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of induction furnace operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Understanding of safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a hot and physically demanding environment.

**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in metal casting is a plus.

**Salary**: R19,000.00 - R21,000.00 per month
