**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver written content and manage projects while juggling multiple tasks.
- Research, create and own key campaign pieces that delivers across multiple channels, in line with marketing and communication strategies.
- Write copy for multiple content types, adhering to TMF Group house style.
- Understand content requirements and deal with stakeholder requests.
- Help create a dynamic data-driven content schedule that supports marketing and communications across multiple levels.
- Help manage and improve inhouse content processes to ensure all content is produced on time, to an agreed brief, budget and high standard.
- Take part in regular editorial boards, working with colleagues across different functions to develop and regularly review the editorial programme.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of five years’ experience writing and managing business-focused copy.
- A journalism/copywriting/marketing qualification or degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Superb planning and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with broadsheet newspaper style and business tone of voice.
- Experience writing content for different audiences and in different formats, from thought leadership pieces to LinkedIn posts.
- Proficient at working on and jumping between different content types.
- Experience writing website, social media and long form (eg white paper) content.
- Strong stakeholder management skills required to understand requirements and work with colleagues from around the world at all levels of seniority.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of TMF Group’s service areas or ability to learn them quickly.
- Experience with web-based project and/or content management systems.
- Experience of writing and/or editing SEO content would be advantageous.
- Desirable: some knowledge of content performance data analytics and reporting.
- MS Word and Office skills; remote working via MS Teams or other meeting apps.
