Our client in the Rustenburg area is in need of an Irrigation Manager with sound knowledge and experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with regards to irrigation installations and management on Farms
- Attention to details, and understand Irrigation within the Fruit production industry
- Be able to manage people and systems
- Technically strong
- Strong Mathematical ability
- Relevant qualification in Agriculture
- Knowledge of Fertigating
- Experience/knowledge of Motex system

**Duties will include**:

- Management of Irrigation schedule for three farms.
- Being in charge of needed tools and materials for projects, including inventory. Responsible for setting parameters on the use of materials and services within the approved financial budgets of the irrigation projects.
- Counsel in terms of water usage
- Evaluation and planning of competent irrigation system for fruit production
- Managing irrigation system in terms of its usability and its maintenance programs.
