**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- HACCP of Factory Shop
- Ensure that storage areas are in accordance with Health & Safety, and Food Safety requirements
- Ensure waste is disposed of regularly as per Company standards
- Checking of stock expiration dates
- Ensure display and merchandising are as per requirements
- Responsible for the daily menus
- Verify consumables regularly
- Cash-ups daily
- Store security
- Ensure that opening
- & closing procedures are followed
