- knowledge of beef products and different beef steaks
- Inspecting and sorting meat products based on quality, size, and type
- Using machinery and tools to cut, slice, and grind meat
- Removing bones and trimming fat from meat to obtain the required product
- Following proper handling procedures to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
- Packaging and labeling meat products for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitoring and adjusting machine settings for optimal performance
- Communicating with supervisors regarding any equipment issues or quality concerns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R7 500,00 per month
