A Company that administers a block of flats on a shopping complex is looking for an experienced and stable CARETAKER

Must be able to handle vast amount of tenants and be able to handle vast amount of pressure

Must be someone with excellent organisational skills and very methodical

Must have worked with Retail as well as Residential property in the Cartaking industry

Must reside in or near Florida Park

This is either a live in or live out post

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Florida, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
