**Ofentse HR Specialists is recruiting for the position of Shift boss**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To achieve production targets safely and efficiently. Comply with revelant legislation, mining management systems processes, policies, procedures and standards and meet the gold call for the operation.
- Report to the Mine Overseer
- Fulfil the requirements of the legal appointment (2.15.1) of the MHSA in an underground development team
- Achieve development and safety targets
- Manage budgets stores and labour
- Create a safe environment in working places through coaching and team work
- Maintain a healthy relationship with his/her team
- Plan and achieve continuous improvement of key result areas

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12
- Blasting Certificate (National
- Srata Control Certificate
- A vaild certificate of Fitness or the ability to obtain one
- English proficiency
- Computer Literacy
- Two years experience
- First Aid Certificate
- **_ N.B CANDIDATE MUST PREFERABLY RESIDE IN OR AROUND WESTONARIA_
