Are you a dedicated Medical Scientist looking to make an impact? Our client has an exciting opportunity for **Five** Principal Medical Scientists to join their team on a fixed-term contract until March 31, 2025.

**Minimum Requirements & Key Competencies**:

- ???? **Education**: MSc or equivalent in Medical Science in a relevant field/PhD (NQF Level 9).
- ????? **Experience**: 5 years of relevant experience as a Scientist.
- ? **Management**: At least 1 year of management experience.
- ???? **Specialized Skills**: At least 2 years of experience in next-generation sequencing.
- ???? **Registration**: Registered with HPCSA as a Medical Scientist (Virology).
- ???? **Lab Skills**: Proficiency in laboratory instruments and interpreting numerical laboratory results.
- ?? **Communication**: Strong communication skills.
- **Customer Care**: Demonstrated customer care skills.
- ???? **Interpersonal Skills**: Effective interpersonal skills.
- ???? **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities.
- ????? **Problem Solving**: Proven problem-solving skills.
- ? **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail.
- ???? **Pressure Handling**: Ability to work under pressure and manage high work volumes while staying current with academic literature.
- ? **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in computer skills.
