Klawer Wine Cellar, situated on the N7 in the Olifantsriver Wine Region, has the above-mentioned opportunity available for an experienced Viticulturist.

Duties include: *strategic inputs to sourcing of raw materials *management of grape intake during harvest *consultative advice relating to vineyard management *management of quality control *support sales and marketing initiatives where needed *all other administrative tasks related to the role.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Minimum 5 years’ Viticultural experience within a similar role;
- Experience in Agricultural Consultation will be beneficial.
