- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Membership of a relevant professional body is highly desirable
- Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
