**KZN's largest Vodacom Dealer** (Est 1996)is looking for a dynamic and professional Operations/Receptionist to join the team at their Head Office in Montclair.
**Duties**
**Receptionist**
Responsible for ensuring reception is efficiently and effectively managed
Answering of phones
Welcoming visitors
Manage meeting and training rooms
**Operational**
Managing of drivers routes and deliveries daily
Managing fleet of 10 cars ( petrol, service, car wash, tracking, weekly inspection and tracking)
General Administrative Tasks
Manage office equipment for entire group (12 stores and growing)
Document management (storage, shredding)
Managing store maintenance issues (repairs, pest control)
Property Management (15 tenants) leasing, repairs and maintenance, cleaners and rentals etc
**Qualifications**:
Advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent communications skills
Proficient writing skills
Organizational skills
Good computer literacy and writing skills
Able to multi task and work under Pressure
Attention to detail
Motivated and energetic
**Speed and ability to multitask is key to this position**
**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday
7:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 7:30am to 1:30pm
Salary negotiable based on experience and having your own vehicle is an advantage.
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R7,500.00 per month

- High School (matric) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- property admin knowledge: 2 years (preferred)

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 7 years (preferred)
