**Requirements**:

- Prepare the pay run for the group entities
- Account for the expense splits of events
- Maintain all trackers and action changes
- Be responsible for all banking admin and allocation
- Support the Junior Accountant in ad hoc tasks
- Assist with the credit card tracker
- Create event codes
- Responsible for stock counts and petty cash counts
- Responsible for bigger supplier’s invoice processing
- Maintain stock price accuracy on Xero
- Request suppliers’ statement and follow through with them
- Provide finance projects support

**Requirements**:

- Financial diploma or bookkeeping certificate
- Min of 1 years of relevant working experience within finance/audit/advisory
- Experience with Xero will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting
- Experience with Ms Office and Ms Excel essential
