**Requirements**:
BA Honours or equivalent (NQF 8)
Completed or currently pursuing NQF Level 9
Minimum one year of industry experience
At least one year of lecturing experience
Proficiency in working with and mastering various camera, lighting, and grip equipment

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Content Development:

Quality Assurance:

Teaching and Learning:
Plan and prepare engaging lectures, workshops, and consultations.
Supervise student projects and placements as needed.
Mentorship and Networking:
Provide mentorship to students.
Foster professional networks within the industry.
Assessment Moderation and Marketing:
Plan, set, and moderate both summative and formative assessments.
Contribute to the marketing of the program.
Research and Industry Engagement:
Engage in research activities and industry productions.
Bring practical industry experience into the academic environment.
Programme Coordination:
Oversee the coordination of the Diploma of BA Programme.
Handle administrative duties related to the program.
Representation:
Represent the department at institutional events and committees.
