The Product Supply Manager I leads the DO&A Product Supply organization to deliver the segment revenue, service delivery to the customers, operational cost savings, new product initiatives and implement process optimization to improve the speed to market. Achieves business targets and operational objectives by conducting regular supply chain reviews with market sales leaders, tracks progress and sufficiency versus fiscal KPI. Be responsible for the on-time delivery of committed initiatives (e.g., cost savings projects, product line simplifications, initiative readiness and scope management, sourcing optimization, product change rollouts). Ensure that the team delivers an accurate and balanced forecast in collaboration with commercial teams. Supports the analysis and decision supply chain cost budgeting, quality and regulatory related product changes & issues, and delivery of customer-service standards._
- Leading the S&OP cycle with full multi-functional and leadership team involvement
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute NPI prevention plans
- Fulfillment of customers/distributors orders on service level target
- Work on supply chain optimization projects with internal and external partners
- Optimize Inventory level in Duracell’s DC
- Custodian of sales volume forecast by SKU level into planning system
- Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns in collaboration with Sales Team
- Representing Product Supply within the multi-functional team on daily basis
- Enabling and facilitating the S&OP process
- Initiative launch volume calculation and phasing
- Customer listing and de-listings
- Participating in inventory safety stock level planning Manage Phase In/ Phase Out Transition for product initiatives

**Demand Planning**
- Owns S&OP cycle and Demand planning processes including budget preparation
- Enters Sales volume timely into system
- Understand market dynamics and latest marketing and supply plans (promotions, cannibalization, distribution changes, supply constraints etc) and make value-added modifications to SAP forecast
- Review forecast and assess potential risk based on historical shipments and ongoing forecast trend
- Reflects the conversion plan of any product change into the system
- Validates correct data flow and master data set up frequently, and flags issues
- Responsible for delivering forecast accuracy results by SKU
- Provides daily, monthly shipment reporting to the multifunctional team Leads execution of Weekly Demand Control

**Inventory Planning**
- Provides input to the Inventory Parameter settings
- Input target setting (including glide path) for Inventory Measures (Inventory, SKU Complexity & Non-performing Inventory) Participates in the day-to-day execution of non-performing inventory management processes

**Initiative Planning**
- Set ups the Phase in/ Phase Out SKUs in the planning system
- Does Phase In / Phase Out adjustments based in forecast and sales to avoid NPI Flags risks of launch delays

**Supply Planning**
- Fulfillment of customers/distributors orders on service level target
- Work on supply chain optimization projects with internal and external partners
- Optimize Inventory level in Duracell’s DC
- Proven experience record in demand and supply planning FMCG
- Strong analytical skills (able to handle complex data and manage complex schedule)
- Strong communication and influencing skills (verbally & written)
- Entrepreneur with strong collaboration skills (ability to influence other functions)
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Results driven and problem solving
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word and PPT)
- Familiar with SAP/ Logistics system
- Analysis and problem-solving skills such as the ability to question, accurately identify a need, and present an effective solution
