As the Site Manager/General Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. With your strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of construction practices, you will be a valuable asset to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the residential construction project, including planning, implementing, and monitoring progress.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of the project.
- Oversee and enforce compliance with safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all workers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Manage and control project budget, monitoring expenses and coordinating with the finance team as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during construction, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on the project.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
