Our Retail Client is looking for an Inbound Supervisor based in the East Rand
**Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Minimum years of experience in a similar role: 3 Years
- Managing a team of inbound staff
- Monitor all individual staff KPIs and ensure to address any non-conformance. Individual KPI performance is the responsibility of the departmental supervisor
- Preparation for stock take, system clearing, and team prepping is required
- Responsible for monthly reporting of departmental performance
- Report all unplanned deliveries, as well as no-shows to the procurement
