**_ Position Purpose:_**

The safe docking and undocking of vessels. To satisfy all agents and ship repair contractors in the ship repair industry. To

generate the maximum income for TNPA.

**_ Position outputs:_**

Provision of docking beds and equipment to meet clients

needs to dry dock ships.

Maintenance of docking equipment

Techniques to meet acceptable international standards

Staff co-ordination and control to ensure suitable safety

And security to meet all legislation, business & staff needs

Recording of docking and services rendered for revenue

recovery.

Liaison with contractors & ship owners - docking needs

**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**
- Matric Certificate
- Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical or Millwright
- Drivers Licence code 08
- Experience:
- 5 - 7 Years’ Experience
