**Qualifications and Experience**
- BSc Degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
- Valid registration with HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa).
- Valid registration with the Association for Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA).
- At least 3 years experience in a Dietician role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and Delivering Nutritional Standards to patients of relevant nutritional government and food standards legislation to ensure company compliance at all times.
- Developing and delivering nutritional training for frontline teams.
- Menu and Recipe Development including providing nutritional information such as allergen and dietary suitability.
- Developing Resources for colleagues.
- Technical Dietetic Support.
- Nutritional analysis and menu drafting.
- Audit meal services and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Support to purchasing teams.
- Participating in the development and implementation of healthy eating programmes.
- Produce special dietary operational policies for use in current and prospective contracts.
- Contribute to relevant marketing and publicity initiatives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R35 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
