Our client is looking for a Junior draughtsman to join their manufacturing plant in Phoenix, Durban. This is an onsite role operating from Mondays to Fridays.

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Support with manufacturing, building, and testing prototypes.
- Assist the Engineering department in resolving product issues or production challenges.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Matric or N3 certificate.
- Autocad experience.
- Advanced excel.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
- Strong analytical and fault finding skills.

**Technical Competencies**
- Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics.
- Product testing.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

**Behavioural Competencies**
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Task driven and delivery focused.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R24,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
